The 2024 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) celebrated a remarkable year, achieving two new records with 1,432 exhibitors occupying a vast 620,850 square feet of exhibit space. As the world’s premier annual event for the feed, meat, poultry, and egg industries, IPPE stands as one of the United States’ top 25 trade shows. Proudly sponsored by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, American Feed Industry Association, and the Meat Institute, IPPE continues to set the standard for industry gatherings.

This year’s IPPE boasted an impressive turnout, with 31,353 registered attendees hailing from various sectors of the poultry and egg, meat, and animal food industries. Notably, the event saw a record-breaking 9,063 international visitors representing 133 countries, with Canada emerging as the largest non-U.S. contingent, comprising 14.9% of attendees. Latin America maintained a dominant presence, contributing 45% of international visitors, as in previous years.

The organizers expressed their satisfaction with the exceptional attendance figures and the unprecedented scale of the trade show floor. Attendees lauded the diverse range of educational sessions offered, totaling over 80 hours, which covered critical industry topics such as food safety, worker safety, and sustainability initiatives across the meat, animal food, poultry, and egg sectors.

Looking ahead, IPPE 2025 is scheduled to take place from January 28 to January 30 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. With a commitment to building upon the success of this year’s event, organizers aim to deliver an even more enriching experience for attendees and exhibitors alike.
