On Tuesday, the Camilla Police Department requested the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) to assist in a homicide investigation where a Tyson plant employee in Camilla was shot at the plant.
Anwan Dominic Shivers, 25, of Cairo, was arrested in connection to the death of Rondarius Radahn Williams, 31, of Camilla. Williams died at the Mitchell County Hospital.
Shivers was charged with one count of malice murder, four counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. He is being held in the Mitchell County Jail.
The Camilla Police Department and GBI continue to follow leads in this active investigation.
