The CRF Research Committee has appointed Alexandre Lebel, a seasoned Poultry Nutritionist with Sollio Agriculture, to serve as the new Coordinator for the Poultry Research Team, effective July 1, 2024. In this role, Alexandre will oversee the team’s efforts to plan, execute, and communicate research that aims to deliver financial gains to CRF members.
Alexandre earned his master’s degree in animal nutrition in 2011 and launched his career with Alltech as a sales representative. Later that year, he moved to Agri-Marché, where he worked as a monogastric nutritionist. Since 2015, Alexandre has been with La Coop fédérée, now Sollio Agriculture, managing poultry nutrition across Quebec. His duties include providing technical support and developing new products for the sales team.
Having been an active participant in the CRF Poultry Research Team since 2015, Alexandre previously held the Coordinator position from 2017 to 2019. His extensive background in poultry nutrition and commitment to advancing research make him well-suited to lead the team.
