Beesley International is adding a polyurethane wall inlet to its product line, which requires no assembly and provides unmatched insulation value in a single-piece design. The inlet will be featured in Beesley’s booth (B6255) at the International Production & Processing Expo Jan. 24-26 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
In conjunction with Beesley’s recently expanded line of stir fans, the wall inlets will help to maintain air quality throughout the poultry house. The new design prevents freezing and condensation on the inside of the door, making it a perfect selection for colder climates.
“Our polyurethane wall inlets eliminate the winter headaches presented by other European-style vents. They also offer significantly higher R-value that can help to control temperatures inside the house year-round. When you consider the added benefit of out-of-the-box installation, these inlets offer savings in key areas,” said Jason Holcomb, Sales Manager.
Additionally, the exclusive latching system makes it simple to close some doors during colder months, a practice employed by many growers to balance temperature regulation with ventilation needs. The curved door closes flush to the frame and can be locked from the ground with a closure guide. This door features an internal stainless-steel spring.
Weather-resistant seals on all four sides of the door and raised lips prevent air leaks when the door is closed and drafts around the edges when open. These tight seals work to ensure that airflow through the space is controlled and distribution of the incoming air is maximized and helps birds remain comfortable year-round.
The new vent design is available in two sizes: 41×13 and 44×13. Both sizes can be purchased directly through Beesley’s e-commerce site.
