Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: CALM) today reported results for the fourth quarter (13weeks) and fiscal year ended May 30, 2020.
Net sales for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020 were $453.3 million, a 61.6 percent increase compared to $280.6 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal2019. The Company reported net income of $60.5 million, or $1.25 per basic share and $1.24 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020,compared to net loss of $19.8 million, or $(0.41) per basic and diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2019.
