The cooperative, formed in 1989, represents turkey growers across Northern Minnesota and North Dakota, boasting a collective experience of over 60 years in turkey production.

Miller brings over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in the protein processing industry, having held key roles at reputable organizations such as Peco Foods, Pilgrim’s Pride, Bilinski Sausage, and Freshwater Farms.

Northern Pride Inc., with its current roster of 19 turkey grower/owners, plays a crucial role in the supply chain, catering to both large and small retailers, distributors, exporters, and international customers. The cooperative annually produces approximately 40 million live pounds of turkey and processes around 20,000 turkeys each day.
