
Simmons Foods has announced the promotion of Johnny Bullington as the new head of Simmons Prepared Foods. Bullington succeeds Joel Sappenfield, who recently retired after leading the division to significant growth.
With nearly two decades of experience in the poultry industry, Bullington brings extensive leadership expertise to his new role. At Simmons, he has held key positions in finance, accounting, and supply chain management. His career also includes a tenure at Tyson Foods, further strengthening his understanding of the industry.
