Tyson Foods and the Henderson County authorities said they are investigating an April 11 fire at a poultry plant in Robards, Ky. Local news reports said there were no injuries or structural damage to the facility, which employs about 1,300 workers. A dispatcher said the front part of the building and cooker were on fire.
